Guillermo Kettler (Mitau, 20 de junio de 1574 – Kukulova, 7 de abril de 1640) fue el segundo duque de Curlandia y Semigalia. Guillermo gobernó la región occidental de Curlandia, mientras que su hermano Federico gobernó la región oriental de Semigalia.
Guillermo fue el hijo menor de Gotthard Kettler y Ana de Mecklemburgo.

She was the fourth (but third surviving) daughter of Joachim Ernest, Prince of Anhalt, by his first wife Agnes, daughter of Wolfgang I, Count of Barby-Mühlingen.

Ernst Egon VIII of Fürstenberg-Heiligenberg (March 21, 1588 in Speyer † 24 August 1635 in Constance) was Imperial Count ofFürstenberg-Heiligenberg (1618–1635) and Bavarian Field-marshal, and an important military leader in the Thirty Years' War.

Federico di Wittelsbach-Simmern, in tedesco Friedrich IV von der Pfalz (Amberg5 marzo 1574 – Heidelberg19 settembre1610), fu elettore palatino con il nome di Federico IV, detto anche Federico il Giusto.

Unico figlio sopravvissuto di Ludovico VI e di Elisabetta d'Assia, nacque ad Amberg. Suo padre morì nel 1583 quando Federico era ancora minorenne, ed egli fu posto sotto la guida dello zio Giovanni Casimiro, ardente calvinista. L'astrologo e matematicoBartholomaeus Pitiscus, anch'egli noto calvinista divenne suo precettore.

Luisa Giuliana di Nassau (Delft31 marzo 1576 – Königsberg15 marzo 1644) fu una principessa di Orange e del Palatinato.
Era figlia di Guglielmo I d'Orange e della terza moglie Carlotta di Borbone-Montpensier.
Nel 1582 morì sua madre e nel 1584 suo padre. Lei e altre cinque sorelle vennero cresciute dalla matrigna Louise de Coligny.
Rimasta vedova nel 1610 governò in nome del figlio Federico.
